• Time spent on research, strategy, planning, scripting, editing, revisions, or consulting.

• Custom content production services.

• Monthly retainers after work for the billing period has begun.

Clients may cancel before work begins and may be eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing fees.

After Project Start

If work has begun, Ducks on Nitro reserves the right to retain payment proportional to:

• Creative work completed

• Resources allocated

Monthly Retainers

Retainer agreements require written notice before cancellation.

Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, a 30-day notice period applies.

No refunds will be issued for active billing periods already in progress.

Cancellation by Ducks on Nitro

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• The client violates agreed terms.

• Communication becomes abusive or inappropriate.

• Required project materials are not provided.

• The project becomes impossible to complete due to circumstances outside our control.

In such cases, any applicable partial refund will be determined based on work completed.
